개인정보처리방침 — 이라미아 제작실 분석

HC프로덕션(이하 "회사")은 자사 YouTube 채널 '이라미아TV'의 성과를 분석하기 위해 내부 도구 '이라미아 제작실 분석'(이하 "앱")을 운영합니다. 이 방침은 앱이 Google 계정 승인을 통해 어떤 정보에 접근하고, 어떻게 사용·보관·삭제하는지 설명합니다.
1. 앱의 용도와 사용자
· 앱은 회사가 관리하는 YouTube 채널의 분석 자료를 회사 내부에서 확인하기 위한 도구입니다.
· 앱은 일반에게 제공되는 서비스가 아니며, 채널을 관리하는 회사 담당자의 Google 계정으로만 승인합니다.
· 앱은 YouTube API 서비스(YouTube API Services)를 사용합니다.
2. 접근하는 정보 (모두 읽기 전용)
앱은 다음 두 가지 읽기 전용 권한만 요청합니다.
· youtube.readonly: 승인한 계정의 채널·동영상 정보(채널 ID와 이름, 동영상 제목, 게시일, 길이 등)
· yt-analytics.readonly: 승인한 채널의 분석 보고서(조회수, 시청 시간, 시청 지속, 유입 경로, 기기, 노출수·클릭률, 시청자 연령·성별 비율 등)
또한 youtube.readonly 권한으로 회사 채널 동영상에 달린 공개 댓글(댓글 ID, 동영상 ID, 댓글 내용, 작성 시각, 좋아요·답글 수, 채널 본인 댓글 여부)을 받아 시청자 반응 분석에 사용할 수 있습니다. 댓글 작성자의 이름과 프로필 주소는 저장하지 않습니다.
앱은 동영상 업로드, 수정, 삭제, 댓글 작성 등 채널 내용을 바꾸는 권한을 요청하지 않으며 수익 정보 권한도 요청하지 않습니다. 시청자 분석은 YouTube가 집계해 제공하는 통계이며, 앱은 개별 시청자의 신원 정보를 받지 않습니다.
3. 정보의 사용 목적
· 채널과 동영상의 성과 분석, 콘텐츠 기획·편집 방향 수립
· 회사 내부 보고서 작성
정보를 판매하거나 광고 목적으로 사용하지 않습니다.
4. 처리 방식과 외부 제공
· 인증 정보(토큰)와 분석 자료는 회사가 관리하는 컴퓨터와 내부 저장소에 보관하며, 인증 정보는 접근 권한을 제한한 폴더에 저장합니다.
· 회사는 분석과 보고서 작성을 위해 AI 도구(Anthropic의 Claude, OpenAI의 Codex)를 사용할 수 있으며, 이 과정에서 분석 자료와 댓글 내용이 해당 서비스에서 처리될 수 있습니다. 인증 정보(토큰·클라이언트 비밀값)는 AI 도구의 입력으로 보내지 않도록 관리하며, 회사의 검수 도구는 인증 파일이 포함된 요청을 거부하도록 설정되어 있습니다.
· 법령에 따른 요청이 있는 경우를 제외하고, 위 목적 외로 제3자에게 정보를 제공하지 않습니다.
5. 보관 기간과 삭제
· 분석 자료는 분석 목적에 필요한 기간 동안 보관하고, 필요가 없어지면 삭제합니다.
· 삭제를 원하시면 8절의 이메일로 요청해 주세요. 회사는 삭제 요청을 받은 날, 또는 권한 철회를 확인한 날 중 빠른 날로부터 30일 이내에 저장된 인증 정보, 해당 계정에서 받은 분석 원자료와 댓글, 이를 바탕으로 만든 분석 파일, YouTube 보고서 예약을 삭제하고 삭제 기록을 남깁니다.
6. 권한 철회 방법
언제든지 Google 계정의 타사 앱 및 서비스 권한 관리 페이지에서 '이라미아 제작실 분석'의 접근 권한을 삭제할 수 있습니다.

· 앱은 YouTube API 서비스를 사용하므로, 사용자는 YouTube 서비스 약관의 적용을 받습니다.

Privacy Policy — ILAMIA Studio Analytics
Effective date: October 24, 2026
HC Production ("we") operates "ILAMIA Studio Analytics" (the "App"), an internal tool for analyzing the performance of our own YouTube channel, 이라미아TV (ILAMIA TV). This policy explains what the App accesses through Google account authorization and how that information is used, stored, and deleted.
1. Purpose and users
· The App is an internal tool for reviewing analytics of the YouTube channel we manage.
· It is not offered to the public. Only our staff who manage the channel authorize it with their Google account.
· The App uses YouTube API Services.
2. Information accessed (read-only)
The App requests only two read-only scopes:
· youtube.readonly: channel and video information of the authorizing account (channel ID and name, video titles, publish dates, durations, etc.)
· yt-analytics.readonly: analytics reports of the authorized channel (views, watch time, audience retention, traffic sources, devices, impressions and click-through rate, aggregated viewer age and gender ratios, etc.)
With youtube.readonly, the App may also retrieve public comments on our channel's videos (comment ID, video ID, comment text, publish time, like and reply counts, and whether the comment is by the channel itself) to analyze audience reactions. Commenters' names and profile URLs are not stored.
The App does not request permission to upload, edit, or delete videos, post comments, or access revenue data. Audience analytics are aggregated statistics provided by YouTube; the App does not receive the identity of individual viewers.
3. How we use information
· Analyzing channel and video performance and planning content and editing
· Preparing internal reports
We do not sell the information or use it for advertising.
4. Processing and sharing
· Authorization tokens and analytics data are stored on computers and internal storage managed by us; tokens are kept in an access-restricted folder.
· We may use AI tools (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI Codex) to analyze data and prepare reports, and analytics data and comment text may be processed by those services in doing so. We manage authorization credentials (tokens and client secrets) so that they are not sent as input to AI tools, and our review tool is configured to reject requests that include credential files.
· Except where required by law, we do not share the information with third parties for any other purpose.
5. Retention and deletion
· Analytics data is kept only as long as needed for analysis and deleted when no longer needed.
· To request deletion, email us at the address in Section 8. Within 30 days of the earlier of the date we receive the request or the date we confirm the authorization was revoked, we delete the stored credentials, the raw analytics data and comments obtained from that account, analysis files derived from them, and the YouTube reporting jobs, and we keep a record of the deletion.
6. Revoking access
You can remove the App's access at any time from your Google Account's third-party apps & services page.
